Substitution Policy: Please keep in mind, while we try to copy the design exactly as shown, there may be Market, season, or availability issues that prevent an exact replica. Each piece is hand crafted, some changes in flower, color, or container may be necessary. Your specific requests will be honored whenever possible. We are happy to speak in person about specific requests.  If a substitution must be made, the substituted item will be of equal or greater value to the original features in the picture.

CANCELATION POLICY: 

We are able to fully refund your order 24 hrs prior to delivery date. *exception: if there are specialty flowers that were ordered (I.e. orchid or tropical varieties) only a partial refund may be granted. This will be determined on a case by case basis.

Same day cancelation may qualify for a 50% refund.

Wedding reservations are subject to a non refundable deposit and graduated refund policy.
